Ruling Congress Councillors of Moodbidri staged a protest by wearing black flags and shouting slogans during the TMC meeting on May 30, Saturday. Their anger was pointed towards Karkala MLA Sunil Kumar who had reportedly rejected the action plan prepared by the TMC for drinking water arrangements during summer and had instead prepared a separate action plan unilaterally.
