Association accuses cops of illegally arresting 2 jewellers; forcibly seizing jewellery

Udupi Jewellers Association and State Chamber of Jewellers has alleged that the Crime SI Rajagopal and Inspector Srikanth of Town Police Station had forcibly seized 500 grams of jewellery, two and a half kg silver and cash from two jewellers of the city after illegally arresting them and assaulting them on the charges of purchasing stolen jewellery.
