A new bridge for Kumaradhara is ready

The Kumaradhara Bridge which links the famous pilgrim place Kukke Sri Subrahmanya shine has been famous in many ways as it gets submerged at least a few times every monsoon whenever Kumaradhara overflows. Every time the bridge submerged people on either sides remained stranded for hours and sometimes for even a day and had to wait for the water to recede. There have been instances of mishaps too.

Mangaluru may soon get 11 bus bays

If everything goes as per plans, Mangaluru city will get full-fledged bus bays at as many as 11 locations. Already survey has been completed at several places including Ballalbagh, PVS, Bunts Hostel, Jyothi, Balmatta, Kankanady, Shivabagh, Nantur, near Canara College etc in this regard.
