MANGALORE: Bunder police have arrested a certain Ubedulla (29) of Valachilpadavu on the charges of attacking the Kannada Prabha office at KS Rao Road in the city recently.
It may be recalled here that the newspaper office was attacked by a group of assailants which barged into the office on the night of March 2 and ransacked the computer and other furnitures resulting in a loss of nearly Rs 15 lakhs.
SP Subrahmanyeshwara Rao who said that a total of 7 persons were directly involved in the incident added police have spread a dragnet to arrest the other assailants.
