“The MCC was making people believe that water is available for just 10 days and is forcing them to spend the coming days in fear. This is just a ploy to help private tankers,” he alleged.
“There was no water problem for the past 25 years even when the city had a vented dam of 13 feet height. Now there is a new dam of seven meters height. How can water shortage crop up?” he questioned.
Katipalla also claimed that as per their study there is no water shortage and MCC and its officials by reducing water supply are adding to the fear. “This is a ploy to aid in the business of private water tankers,” he further added.
