PUTTUR : Roads in various rural areas of the district have turned from bad to worse with the onset of monsoons. Realizing that waiting for the authorities to make the road motorable was futile, a few youth of Olamogaru recently decided to take up the repair works of the Koilathadka-Dingri road in the village which was in dire straits.
They organized a Shrmradan and repaired the road much to the relief of the villagers who have appreciated the initiative of the youngsters in making the roads motorable.
Basheer, Mohammad, Echu, Latif, Ibrahim and other youth took part in the shramadan.
